Join Leidos as an Exploitation Specialist/GDAT Software Engineer in St. Louis, MO

Leidos is seeking a dynamic Exploitation Specialist/GDAT Software Engineer to modernize critical applications for national security missions. Located in St. Louis, MO, this role supports the Geospatial Data Analysis Tool-Modernized (GDAT-M), a premier desktop application for geo-positioning and validating national products. You'll enable GEOINT content delivery from key sensors, helping customers transition from legacy MS-Access to robust PostgreSQL databases on a bi-annual release cycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Government GDAT Team on minor application enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Streamline testing processes to maintain high reliability and performance.
  • Manage security and vulnerability testing, including comprehensive documentation.
  • Drive modernization initiatives for NSG/ASG customers and collaborators.
  • Provide end-user support for mission-critical objectives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Sustain and deploy GDAT-M, supporting co-producer contractors and ASG partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2–6 years.
  • 1–3 years in User Interface Design, .NET Visual Basic programming, Windows Desktop development, and Software Test Engineering.
  • Proven Web Data Hosting expertise.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Amazon CLI and Cloud Access Portal.
  • Experience creating and utilizing small loading scripts.
  • Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
