Facilities Manager SME - Join Leidos' Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA)

Leidos is seeking a Facilities Manager SME to deliver expert facilities logistics support in McLean, VA. Our team leads in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, Mission Software, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management. Make a mission-critical impact by ensuring seamless resource availability for Intelligence Community (IC) operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical reviews of public laws, executive orders, federal regulations, policies, and SOPs for logistics and asset management.
  • Maintain accurate accountable property records and oversight, including inventory reporting.
  • Review all acquisition contracts and simplified purchases (PCard) involving Government property.
  • Coordinate equipment installations, material transport, fleet readiness, and loading for trucks/aircraft.
  • Manage vehicle fleet: track odometer, maintenance, fuel, recalls, inspections, ASCENT transactions, invoices, and replacements; develop SOPs.
  • Evaluate quotes, submit/track purchase orders, create procurement SOPs/templates.
  • Process office supply requests and manage excess property/returns reporting.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in relevant field + 12-15 years experience, or Masters + 10-13 years (experience may substitute degree).
  • Proven logistics expertise in inventory, procurement, transport, facilities support.
  • Federal property management with APSR experience and IC protocol knowledge.
  • Skills in contract/policy reviews, compliance with E.O.s, reporting (POs, property status), fleet ops, briefings, MS Office/Excel, logistics tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Forms 889, Virginia ST-12 tax exemption.
  • Monthly invoice analysis for leased vehicles, GSA compliance, federal acquisition reviews.
  • IC tools like DLA platforms, GSA leasing portals.

  • Conduct technical reviews of logistics laws, regulations, policies, and SOPs
  • Maintain accountable property records and inventory reports
  • Review acquisition contracts and PCard purchases for government property
  • Coordinate equipment installation and material transport including fleet readiness
  • Manage vehicle fleet: odometer tracking, maintenance, fuel, inspections, ASCENT transactions
  • Evaluate price quotes, process purchase orders, create SOPs/templates
  • Process office supplies, report excess property, handle dispositions
