Facilities Watch Officer Opportunity at Leidos
Join Leidos' National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) as a Facilities Watch Officer in Augusta, GA. Support mission-critical operations in a high-stakes environment focused on Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead facilities team efforts during non-standard 12.5-hour rotating night shifts (5:30pm–6:00am): Week 1 (Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun ON), Week 2 (Wed/Thu/Fri ON).
- Maintain NSAG Facility Control Center: Monitor mechanical, electrical, fire, and generator systems via building automation.
- Log all observations, maintenance, and incidents professionally for reporting and historical tracking.
- Provide 24/7 customer service: Respond to calls, log tickets in service database, and coordinate resolutions.
- Act as primary point of contact, demonstrating strong communication with customers and team members; lead in absence of management.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma with <1 year experience or college/military equivalent.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must possess active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed in mechanical/electrical trade.
- Building Automation Systems Certification.
- Experience with EMCS/ICS: Metasys, SCADA, Cummins, Simplex.
- Proven multitasking and prioritization skills.
Compensation & Benefits
