Join Leidos as a Facilities Watch Officer in Augusta, GA

Leidos, a leader in National Security Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area, seeks a Facilities Watch Officer for our Facility Services Contract. Support mission-critical operations in a high-stakes environment with TS/SCI with Poly clearance required. Manage the 24/7 Facility Control Center (FCC) on rotating 12.5-hour night shifts (5:30pm–6:00am): Week 1 (Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun ON), Week 2 (Wed/Thu/Fri ON). Be the primary point of contact for facilities, leading teams and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor building automation systems including mechanical, electrical, fire, and generators.
  • Record all observations, maintenance, and incidents in communication logs for reporting and historical tracking.
  • Handle customer service calls, log requests into service ticket database, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Lead facilities team during off-hours, demonstrating strong communication and decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent with <1 year experience, or college/military training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed in mechanical or electrical trade.
  • Building Automation Systems Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with EMCS/ICS like Metasys, SCADA, Cummins, or Simplex.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn $18.00–$27.00 hourly + SCA Allowance (approx. $37K–$56K annually based on 1950 hours/year).   • Handle customer concerns, create service tickets, and coordinate responses
  • Provide leadership in absence of supervision, ensuring clear team communication
