Core Responsibilities
Provide on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of complex systems including checkpoint CT/X-ray, Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), Automatic Tray Return Systems (ATRS), Explosive Trace Detection (ETD), and Millimeter Wave (MMW) passenger screening. Ensure 99% uptime through rigorous preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and radiation surveys. Work rotational shifts, on-call, and travel as needed to maintain seamless operations in integrated baggage handling environments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Hold a Graduation or 3-year Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering with 1-2 years (graduates) or 4-5 years (diploma) of relevant field service experience. Proficiency in DVM, oscilloscope, high-voltage/X-ray equipment, Linux/Unix, and IT networking is required. Demonstrate strong customer skills, time management, and the physical ability to lift 25kg, push/pull 90kg, and navigate confined airport spaces amid heat, humidity, and noise.
