Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment.
• Conduct on-site testing and isolate/start-up malfunctions.
• Execute semi-routine assignments, recognizing deviations from standards.
• Manage schedules and repairs to meet SLAs in high-pressure environments.
• Update CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU) and respond to on-call emergencies.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years in electrical/electronic field repair or equivalent trade/military experience.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to learn specialized software.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
• TSA eQIP background check clearance.
• Travel readiness and physical capability for demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service excellence under stress.
• Self-motivated with ability to lift 50 lbs, push 200 lbs, and handle heavy equipment safely.
• Experience in extreme conditions (temperature, noise, confined spaces).
