Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex security systems at customer sites.
- Conduct on-site testing, isolate malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage schedules and resources to adhere to SLAs in 24/7 operations.
- Handle work orders in Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU; respond to urgent calls with travel.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years in electrical/electronic field repair or equivalent trade/military experience.
- MS Office proficiency and ability to learn specialized software.
- Excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
- TSA eQIP background check clearance; travel readiness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service excellence under stress; self-motivated reliability.
- Physical demands: Lift 50 lbs, push/pull 200 lbs, maneuver heavy equipment; work in extreme conditions.
