Leverage our technical strengths and R&D to combat evolving threats. This remote/teleworker role demands travel to customer sites domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment.
  • Conduct on-site testing and isolate startup malfunctions for corrective action.
  • Execute semi-routine assignments, recognizing deviations from standards.
  • Manage schedules and resources to meet contractual SLAs in 24/7 environments.
  • Update work orders in Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU CRM systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years in electrical/electronic field repair or equivalent trade/military experience.
  • MS Office proficiency and aptitude for specialized software.
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
  • TSA eQIP background check clearance.
  • Availability for short-notice travel and on-call response.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service excellence in high-stress scenarios.
  • Self-motivated with physical capability: lift 50 lbs, push/pull 200 lbs, maneuver heavy equipment.
  • Work safely in extreme environments around industrial hazards.
