Leidos' SES Operation delivers fully-integrated security solutions for aviation, ports, borders, and critical infrastructure worldwide, with over 24,000 products deployed in 120 countries. Leverage your technical expertise to address emerging threats through innovative solutions. This remote/teleworker role requires domestic and international travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment in customer environments.
  • Conduct on-site testing, isolate start-up malfunctions, and execute corrective actions.
  • Manage repair schedules and resources to adhere to contractual SLAs in 24/7 operations.
  • Respond immediately to issues, including on-call after hours, and drive to sites as needed.
  • Maintain accurate work orders in CRM systems like Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years in electrical/electronic field service or equivalent trade/military experience.
  • MS Office proficiency and ability to learn specialized software.
  • Excellent communication, customer focus, and teamwork skills.
  • Pass TSA eQIP background check; willing to travel on short notice.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service excellence in high-stress situations.
  • Self-motivated with physical capability: lift 50 lbs, push/pull 200 lbs, maneuver heavy equipment.
  • Work safely in extreme environments around industrial equipment.
