We're seeking motivated Field Services Engineers for multiple positions across VIC, ACT, WA, and QLD. Ideal for EUC professionals with hardware, SOE, or networking experience ready to advance in a high-impact career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle technical onboarding, ticket creation, management, and resolution for end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware, networks, cabling, gateways, and connectivity issues onsite.
  • Provide expert guidance on laptops, imaging, and SOE while mentoring junior staff.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Leidos Support Team and enable stakeholder self-service through knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain WHS/EHS compliance, perform preventative maintenance, and schedule interstate travel as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Australian Citizen with active NV1 clearance and OSA willingness.
  • Technical maintenance qualifications or equivalent experience; valid Driver's Licence.
  • Strong EUC knowledge, self-motivation, and excellent communication under pressure.

Desirable Experience

  • Networks troubleshooting, Service Management Systems, and security sector background.
  • Proven EUC, SOE, or Intelligence support with planning, reporting, and resource coordination skills.

  • Experience in security industry (desirable) (experience)
  • Competence in IT hardware/software management (desirable) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical onboarding for new starters and manage request tickets
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, networks, cabling, and gateway issues
  • Provide onsite customer support, diagnose faults, and deliver timely repairs
  • Escalate issues to Leidos Support Team and conduct knowledge transfer to stakeholders
  • Schedule travel, maintain EHS/WHS compliance, and attend training for upskilling
  • Carry out repairs, preventative maintenance, and improve team service delivery performance
