Key Responsibilities
- Operate flying probe testers for precise electrical testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Analyze test data to detect defects, failures, and anomalies.
- Execute troubleshooting, rework, and repairs on PCBs.
- Calibrate and maintain equipment to meet performance standards.
- Document results accurately in systems and ensure IPC compliance.
- Partner with engineering and quality teams to enhance processes.
- Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma + 2-4 years experience, or Associate in electronics + 1-2 years.
- Expertise in electronic components, PCB processes, and DMM usage.
- Skilled in schematics, test procedures, and technical docs.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and computer proficiency.
- Physical ability: lift 35 lbs, manual dexterity, stand/sit extended periods.
- Acculogic experience and IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred.
