Key Responsibilities

  • Operate flying probe testers for precise electrical testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Analyze test data to detect defects, failures, and anomalies.
  • Execute troubleshooting, rework, and repairs on PCBs.
  • Calibrate and maintain equipment to meet performance standards.
  • Document results accurately in systems and ensure IPC compliance.
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to enhance processes.
  • Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma + 2-4 years experience, or Associate in electronics + 1-2 years.
  • Expertise in electronic components, PCB processes, and DMM usage.
  • Skilled in schematics, test procedures, and technical docs.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and computer proficiency.
  • Physical ability: lift 35 lbs, manual dexterity, stand/sit extended periods.
  • Acculogic experience and IPC-A-610 knowledge preferred.
