The Aerospace Systems Group within Leidos' Defense Systems Sector is seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to support our RF Engineering portfolio. This role offers an exciting chance to leverage your software development expertise in creating and maintaining advanced RF systems that deliver critical insights to defense customers. Located in Huntsville, AL, you'll contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform full stack software engineering, including design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software for enhancements and new systems.
• Conduct software requirements analysis and evaluate hardware compatibility.
• Develop tools and products for infrastructure, platforms, design, development, and maintenance.
• Collaborate on RF systems providing vital information to end-users.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience; or Master's with 2-6 years.
• Fluency in Python with Django experience.
• Database proficiency, such as PostgreSQL.
• Front-end expertise with JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js.
• Git version control and software design experience.
• Comfort working in Linux OS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Active TS clearance required; willingness to obtain TS/SCI Poly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with message queues, containerization (PodMan, Docker), Java, C++, and Agile methodologies.
• Current TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
