General Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) - Leidos National Security Sector
Leidos is seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to join our Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA) in Augusta, GA. Support critical national security missions through hands-on facilities maintenance in a high-security environment. This night shift role (5:30PM-6:00AM) follows a rotating schedule: Week 1 (Mon/Tue/Sat/Sun ON), Week 2 (Wed/Thu/Fri ON).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine repairs on plant/office equipment including carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, plastic, and sheet metal work.
- Maintain fire safety systems, apply paint/caulking, install carpet, and patch drywall.
- Troubleshoot issues, interpret blueprints/sketches/wiring diagrams, and perform inspections.
- Execute repetitive tasks with established methods, escalating complex decisions to supervisors.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED + 1 year maintenance experience.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
- Physical ability: Lift 50lbs, use PPE, climb ladders, access ceilings/floors.
