Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive-level assessments to senior Air Force ISR leaders, integrating advanced ISR technologies into Joint warfighting strategies.
  • Act as GEOINT subject matter expert, providing multi-ISR discipline analysis to meet command requirements.
  • Collaborate with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) teams to optimize mission operations.
  • Conduct ALOE traces and analyses, ensuring DCGS consumer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Review and refine DCGS products, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) aligned with Air Force and Intelligence Community directives.
  • Evaluate emerging ISR technologies and solutions to stay ahead of advancements.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of trends, systems, and processes, while implementing training improvements and quality control metrics.
  • Liaise across air component operations, intelligence units, and ISR production teams for collaborative success.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of related intelligence experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
  • Hands-on operational experience with Air Force DCGS.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Intelligence Community Directive 203: Analytic Standards.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with critical thinking at operational, theater, and strategic levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex ISR challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISR experience at Air Force Wing level or higher.
