Join Leidos as a Graphics Designer in McLean, VA, delivering high-end graphics support for business analytics on workforce and production efforts. Elevate initial visuals from Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint to match customer style guides, best design practices, color standards, and branding. Handle short-turnaround embedded graphics for written products, event posters, standalone graphics, plus consultations on branding, web design, and dashboards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design for print, web banners, standalone graphics, websites, and ad hoc media.
- Partner with methodologists and data scientists for creative, informative graphics.
- Coordinate resources, prioritize tasks, ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Archive projects per standards and follow security protocols.
- Engage diplomatically across teams to define requirements and action plans.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in graphic design, web production, animation, cartography, fine arts, or related.
- 8+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Captivate, Camtasia, HTML5, Moodle, Lectora.
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency; multidisciplinary team experience; user-centric design skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- DA organization knowledge, products, and style guide.
- Business analytics graphics design experience.
