Key Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations ensuring seamless 24/7 coverage and timely issue resolution.
  • Lead technicians by monitoring metrics, supporting high performance, and achieving team goals.

  • Develop training programs, conduct coaching, and coordinate cross-departmental partnerships.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, manage escalations, and communicate with senior clients.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's + 6-8 years or Master's + 2-4 years relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Oracle IdAM (OAM, OUD, OIF, OID), Apache webgates, CA API Gateway.
  • Proficient in Linux scripting (Shell/Bash), COTS integration, and custom development.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WebLogic, Linux/UNIX, LDAPs, PKI Authentication.
