Leidos seeks experienced Help Desk Tier 2 and Tier 3 professionals for our Orlando, FL office supporting Department of the Air Force Battle Network infrastructure. This 100% onsite role requires an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. Compensation matches experience level in the $59,150-$106,925 range.
Tier 2: Bachelor's + 2-4 years or Master's + <2 years; Security+, CEH, Cisco CyberOps, Microsoft Security certs.
Tier 3: Bachelor's + 4-8 years or Master's + 2-6 years; same certifications required.
All candidates need MS Office/M365 experience, customer-facing skills, and handling of sensitive Government data. Work under moderate supervision, attend daily briefings, and contribute to system maturation.
