Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday updates from design to delivery across release cycles.
- Monitor communities for optimizations and AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize systems amid evolving processes, roadmaps, and trends.
- Collaborate on requirements, configurations, testing, and UAT with HR leaders.
- Drive projects in automation, standardization, and portfolio management.
- Expertise across HCM Core, Onboarding, Benefits, Talent, Skills Cloud, Reporting, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation.
- Solve complex problems as SME for major projects and business cycles.
- Innovate processes, policies, and AI adoption for HR strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's + 8 years experience (or equivalent).
- 3+ years Workday configuration in key modules + AI knowledge.
- Workday Pro preferred.
- Proven facilitation, communication, multitasking, and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end design, development, delivery of Workday updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly/R1/R2)
- Monitor Workday Community/forums for issues, optimizations, and AI opportunities
- Drive system optimization via process changes, roadmaps, and market trends
- Gather requirements, configure, develop test plans, conduct UAT with HR COE leads
- Lead cross-functional projects for improvement, automation, harmonization, standardization
- Serve as SME for HCM Core, Onboarding, Benefits, Talent, Skills Cloud, Reporting, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation
- Recommend/implement solutions, processes, policies supporting HR strategy and AI adoption
