ICAM Engineering Support Staff 24x7 - Join Leidos National Security Team

Leidos seeks a skilled ICAM Engineering Support Staff for 24x7 operations in Hanover, MD, supporting critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems within our Cyber & Analytics Business Area. Be part of a team driving Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management for national security missions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor ICAM systems ensuring 24x7 operational performance.
  • Deliver Tier 1 & Tier 2 troubleshooting for authentication and access issues.
  • Guide end-users through access resolutions and support developers on REST services.
  • Handle tickets in JIRA, engaging via email, chat, and phone.
  • Maintain Confluence documentation and train customers on best practices.
  • Collaborate independently to analyze needs and innovate solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (or 12+ years experience).
  • 7+ years as System Engineer on complex programs.

Desired Skills & Abilities

  • PKI, ABAC, Entitlements Management, LDAP, SQL, RESTful services, JIRA, Linux.
  • Customer support experience; strong independent problem-solving.
