ICAM Engineering Support Staff 24x7 - Join Leidos National Security Sector

Leidos seeks a skilled ICAM Engineering Support Staff for 24x7 operations in our Cyber & Analytics Business Area. Support critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems in a high-stakes Operations Center environment. Monitor systems, deliver Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, and assist customers integrating with Enterprise ICAM services. Ideal for analytical problem-solvers who thrive independently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor ICAM systems ensuring 24x7 operational performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 access/authentication issues.
  • Guide end-users through access resolutions.
  • Diagnose RESTful services issues for development teams.
  • Manage JIRA tickets with email, chat, and phone communication.
  • Maintain Confluence documentation for enhanced support.
  • Train customers on functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate to define customer-driven solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies independently.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph (required upfront).
  • Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related (or 12+ years experience).
  • 7+ years System Engineering on complex programs.

Desired Skills

  • PKI, ABAC, Entitlements Management, LDAP, SQL, RESTful services.
  • Ticket systems (JIRA), Linux OS, customer support experience.

  • Support development teams with RESTful services diagnostics
  • Manage support tickets using JIRA and communicate via email, chat, phone
  • Document processes and update Confluence pages
  • Train customers on software functionalities and best practices
  • Collaborate with customers to define solutions
  • Work independently adapting to evolving technologies
