Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced analysis using optics, thermal radiation, and signal processing expertise.
  • Manage geospatial data with ArcGIS, SDE, SQL/Oracle, optimizing RDBMS performance.
  • Utilize Python/R scripting, Tableau for analytics, and integrate AI into intelligence workflows.
  • Represent Leidos professionally with government stakeholders, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
  • Leverage cartographic principles and tools like ArcGIS Online/Portal for data management.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, or 15+ years relevant experience.
  • BA + 12-15 years or Master's + 10-13 years (minimum 18 combined experience points).
  • Proven physics/math skills in optics, thermal radiation, signal processing.
  • Expertise in extraction/metadata specs, RDBMS, SDE, ArcGIS Suite, SQL/Oracle.
  • Exceptional communication for customer-facing roles and team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in R/Python scripting.
  • Knowledge of Tableau and emerging AI technologies for geospatial workflows.
  • Understanding of ArcGIS Online/Portal and cartographic principles.
  • GPC Fundamentals or similar certifications.
