Join our 2000 local experts on the Centralised Processing (CP) program within the Department of Defence, supporting Australia's largest private cloud network with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.

Your Role as Incident Manager

Elevate your career in a fast-paced team of Incident Managers, collaborating with system engineers and IT professionals to resolve complex challenges. Handle day-to-day incident management, command Major Incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and contribute to Post Incident Reviews. Engage with technical SMEs and all management levels while participating in a 24x7 on-call roster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chair technical bridge calls, coordinating internal/external stakeholders for resolution within SLAs.
  • Manage priority incidents with urgency, maintaining accurate records and outage tracking.
  • Deliver clear, empathetic communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on SOP development and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to post-incident reporting, service analysis, and rotating roster duties.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Service Desk/Incident Management experience with broad technical knowledge.
  • ServiceNow familiarity advantageous; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven multitasking, prioritisation, dependency/risk identification.
  • Excellent communication for engaging all stakeholder levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team relationships.

Mandatory: Australian Citizen with NV-1 clearance (NV-2 uplift option).
