Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with program team to identify efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, and estimate incentives for manufacturing plants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Partner with facility managers, manufacturing engineers, and energy engineers to drive energy efficiency investments.
  • Foster vendor relationships to stay ahead on energy efficiency technologies and practices.
  • Ensure effective organization and communication for seamless program delivery.
  • Perform field verifications of pre- and post-installation energy efficiency measures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or related technical degree + 4+ years relevant industrial experience, or Master’s + 2+ years (additional experience may substitute for degree).
  • Self-motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and physical capability for field work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years in energy management within industrial manufacturing.
