Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is hiring an experienced Industrial Security Representative (ISR) for our expanding Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) program at Scott AFB. Dedicated to this critical program, you'll operate under the Leidos DECO/GSMO Security Manager, applying rigorous security standards to US government facilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement security practices for classified inventory, document control, investigations, personnel nominations, and access control.
- Manage full lifecycle: onboarding, briefings, VAR creation, debriefings, and subcontractor coordination with Leidos Security Service Center (SSC).
- Interpret SCGs, DD254s, and ensure compliance with export controls, Intelligence Community Directives, and government policies.
- Conduct investigations, create training aids, deliver briefings, and resolve complex security issues.
- Liaise with stakeholders, government sponsors, and military commands to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain operational continuity.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrate critical thinking to analyze regulations, strong communication for diverse audiences, teamwork, judgment in atypical situations, and deep compliance expertise. Experience with security education, classification control, and personnel clearances is essential.
