Key Responsibilities

• Respond to congressional inquiries on cybersecurity, translating needs into detailed technical requirements and solutions.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Analyze best practices to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to ICAM policies, publish baseline security requirements for enterprise services, and ensure compliance with directives.
• Conduct critical path analysis, risk assessments, and task dependency reviews.
• Document ICAM architectural rules, diagram interim/future architectures, define ITE service integration expectations, and create an ICAM playbook.

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph or ability to obtain.
• BS degree + 12-15 years relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Expertise in secure cloud architecture, Identity, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Proven experience partnering across the Intelligence Community.
• Outstanding communication skills; detail-oriented with high-quality deliverables.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities.
