Key Role Responsibilities

- Craft IO strategies, identify gaps, and mentor teams for mission success.
- Manage staff, support targeting, OPLANS/OPORDs, and integrate OPG/OPT outcomes.
- Analyze threats, partner capabilities, and drive operational improvements via feedback loops.
- Ensure compliance with laws/policies while advancing cyber objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- BA/BS in relevant field + 10+ years IO experience.
- Deep knowledge of cyber warfare, IO integration, and USCYBERCOM structures.

- Proven leadership in cyber operations and staff management (experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide SME guidance to USCYBERCOM J3/CNMF/JTF-ARES on offensive/defensive cyber operations IO activities
- Develop IO strategy, documentation, and solutions for capability gaps
- Lead/mentor teams on IO integration for operational success
- Support skill development via training/exercises and manage staff functions
- Aid targeting, OPLANS/OPORDs/FRAGOs, and OPG/OPT incorporation
- Analyze partner IO capabilities, support transitions, and ensure feedback loops
- Prioritize cyber capability requirements and communicate complex concepts
