Key Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert IO guidance to J3/CNMF/JTF-ARES leadership for strategic/tactical cyber ops planning.
  • Craft IO strategies, identify gaps, and mentor teams for mission success.
  • Manage staff, support targeting, OPLANS/OPORDs, and integrate OPG/OPT outcomes.
  • Analyze threats, partner capabilities, and drive operational improvements via feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with laws/policies while advancing cyber objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in relevant field + 10+ years IO experience.
  • Deep knowledge of cyber warfare, IO integration, and USCYBERCOM structures.

  • 10+ years experience in Information Operations supporting integration of Information Warfare into kinetic and non-kinetic operations (experience)
  • Expertise supporting USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, JTF-ARES (experience)
  • Proven leadership in cyber operations and staff management (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide SME guidance to USCYBERCOM J3/CNMF/JTF-ARES on offensive/defensive cyber operations IO activities
  • Develop IO strategy, documentation, and solutions for capability gaps
  • Lead/mentor teams on IO integration for operational success
  • Support skill development via training/exercises and manage staff functions
  • Aid targeting, OPLANS/OPORDs/FRAGOs, and OPG/OPT incorporation
  • Analyze partner IO capabilities, support transitions, and ensure feedback loops
  • Prioritize cyber capability requirements and communicate complex concepts
