Leidos' Chief Information Security Office seeks a seasoned Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee DCSA-approved Collateral and OSI-approved systems in our Omaha, NE office. As the SME in Information Assurance, you'll maintain accreditation across the system lifecycle, manage daily security operations, and mentor junior ISSOs while innovating solutions for evolving threats. This onsite role demands collaboration with analysts, IT management, and site leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead security projects from inception to user acceptance, including RMF Continuous Monitoring via automated ticketing.
- Design and deliver training on cybersecurity best practices, incident response, and security tools.
- Maintain accreditation packages: SSPs, CONOPS, POA&Ms, and control evidence.
- Facilitate CCB meetings, evaluate change impacts, and ensure CM compliance for hardware/software/firmware.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; report to senior leadership.
- Develop/enforce IS security policies and procedures with the FSO.
Basic Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance (US Citizen required).
- Bachelor’s in IT-related field + 8+ years in operational cybersecurity (ISSM/ISSO preferred).
