Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with teams and customers to hit KPIs and milestones.
Required Skills & Expertise
Demonstrate passion for infrastructure with strong knowledge in:
- Virtualization: VMware (advantage), Hyper-V; VDI: Omnissa (advantage), Citrix.
- Windows: Server 2016-2025 (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs), Win10/11 builds.
- Linux: Ubuntu, Rocky, RedHat administration.
- Networking: TCP/IP; Storage: NAS/SAN, SMB/CIFS, iSCSI.
- Microsoft stack: SharePoint, SQL, Teams, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell.
- Additional: 2FA, scripting, ITIL Foundation, ticketing systems.
Excel in analysis, communication, and self-motivated delivery.
