Job Summary

Monitor IT infrastructure operations, collect metrics for KPIs and SLAs, conduct risk assessments, mitigation analysis, vendor trade studies, and ensure disaster recovery continuity. Deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of Windows systems, hardware, and cloud resources.
• Updating systems to cutting-edge technologies, performance tuning, storage optimization, and critical patch prioritization.
• Maintaining enterprise server infrastructure for optimal configuration, availability, performance, capacity, and updates.
• Monitoring technology obsolescence, managing upgrades, and evaluating alternatives across virtual/physical on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree + 15 years experience (or equivalent work experience).
• Expertise in Active Directory, Windows Servers, and virtualization.
• Proven ability to innovate, develop methodologies, and meet performance metrics.
• Must be US Citizen with active TS/SCI and Polygraph.
• Available for on-call support.
