Join Leidos as an Insider Threat Program Hunt Team ICE Analyst

Leidos Digital Modernization Sector seeks a seasoned Hunt Analyst for the HEITS Contract under DHS Insider Threat Program (ITP), supporting ICE. Protect the homeland by detecting and mitigating insider threats through advanced analytics, UAM/UEBA monitoring, and data correlation. This role evolves the ITP backbone, safeguarding DHS and ICE missions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze insider threat data for trends and indicators.
  • Provide UAM/UEBA operational support and monitor for emerging threats.
  • Triage high-risk alerts within 4 hours (business hours 6am-10pm M-F).
  • Leverage behavioral analytics to detect and mitigate malicious activity.
  • Produce threat reports and liaise with DHS/ICE counterparts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s +12 or Master’s +10 years insider threat experience.
  • Recent ICE experience; 10+ years intelligence/counterintelligence expertise.
  • TS/SCI clearance; US Citizen; DHS SCI EOD and CI Polygraph eligible.
  • Proficiency in UAM, cybersecurity tools, OSINT, and insider threat frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or Cybersecurity.
  • 10+ years intelligence analysis; UAM platform experience.
  • Certifications: CCITP-F/A, CDSE ITDAC, WAVR-21 Workshop.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze insider threat data for trends, patterns, and indicators
  • Monitor UAM/UEBA platforms, triage critical alerts within 4 hours (6am-10pm M-F)
  • Investigate anomalous activity, policy violations, and malicious insider behavior
  • Author analytical reports and conduct liaison with DHS/ICE stakeholders
  • Coordinate enterprise responses to emerging insider threats and implement corrective actions
