Join Leidos as Insider Threat Program Network Engineer

Leidos Digital Modernization Sector seeks a Senior Network Engineer for the DHS Insider Threat Program (ITP) under the HEITS Contract in Washington, DC. Protect the homeland by sustaining and evolving the ITP network that detects insider threats through advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ITP network infrastructure with routine maintenance, upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Oversee High Speed Guard Cross Domain solutions for secure data transfer across classification domains.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration baselines.
• Design recapitalization plans to handle capacity growth and customer-directed changes.
• Act as subject matter expert on all ITP network elements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years relevant experience or Master’s + 10 years.
• Leadership experience required.
• Top Secret clearance; DHS EOD SCI eligibility.
• Strong communication skills for briefings to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of defense-in-depth, network security, and topology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in IT Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years IT service delivery.
• Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard, Cisco/Juniper, Palo Alto, ForcePoint/FirePower.
• CCNP or higher certification.
• DHS clearance preferred.
