Leidos seeks a seasoned User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer for the DHS Insider Threat Program (ITP) under the HEITS Contract. Protect the homeland by monitoring insider threats through advanced analytics and data correlation. This role demands expertise in sustaining mission-critical UAM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute UAM software updates, deployments, and sustainment activities.
- Perform maintenance to ensure enterprise-wide functionality.
- Identify and resolve coverage gaps; configure new feeds for analysts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations.
- Deliver training and certification programs for stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s + 12 years or Master’s + 10 years relevant experience.
- Leadership experience required.
- Top Secret clearance (DHS EOD SCI eligible).
- Proven skills in technical documentation, briefings, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in IT Management or Engineering.
- 10+ years IT service delivery management.
- Experience with high-speed guard platforms like Everfox.
