Join the Infrastructure Services Enterprise Operations (ISEO) Program as an Installation Technician and Jr. Data Analyst, supporting end-user technology refresh, system sustainment, and data analytics for enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and decommissioning of desktops, printers, monitors, KVMs, phones, scanners, and peripherals.
- Deploy hardware/software upgrades with meticulous cable management to minimize operational disruptions.
- Verify security postures aligning with DoD mandates, IOS upgrades, and local policies.
- Maintain technical documentation for installations, operations, and security.
- Coordinate scheduling to support missions without workflow interruptions.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data; develop automated dashboards in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Conduct statistical analysis, ensure data integrity, and collaborate on insights for stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- ITSM experience with ServiceNow/Remedy.
- Knowledge of enterprise hardware, networks, and security protocols.
- Scripting skills in Python, SQL, PowerShell, etc.
- Excel proficiency and basic data analytics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
