Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with instructors and course directors to assess needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Lead design and development of WBTs, videos, podcasts, job aids, and interactive content.
- Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Analyze quantitative/qualitative data, design surveys, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage projects using tracking tools, facilitate sessions, and act as role-player when needed.
- Partner with AV, IT, and production teams to deliver high-quality, timely products.
What You'll Bring
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years experience (or Master’s + 6 years) in instructional technology.
