Leidos is seeking a dynamic Intelligence and Operations Security Analyst (IOSA) to support critical customer activities at our site in Northern California. In this pivotal role, you will oversee facility, personnel, network, operations, and intelligence security, partnering directly with the onsite Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). Your expertise will drive analytical and intelligence-based support, ensuring mission success in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce strict compliance with NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, ICD, and other government security policies.
- Design and deliver training programs on operating systems, databases, and tools for government and contractor teams.
- Collaborate with multiple government organizations to integrate operations and support customer missions.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, talking papers, and recommendations to influence planning and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks across test, training, and operational activities.
- Support CPSO in daily operations, including after-hours on-call duties and travel for missions, conferences, and technical exchanges.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Security, Education, Aerospace, or related field (experience may substitute on a case-by-case basis); 4+ years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and SAP information access eligibility.
Expert knowledge of advanced security practices is essential. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, exercises sound judgment, and innovates solutions to outpace threats.
