Join us in Fort Meade, MD, as an Intelligence Management Specialist (Operations Mission Team Support) - Senior supporting USCYBERCOM J2. This contingent role (proposal phase) requires Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph—no sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive intelligence and admin support to International Affairs Officers, spanning disciplines and partner engagements.
  • Build databases, monitor intel streams, manage RFIs, and produce metrics, graphics, briefings.
  • Handle cross-domain transfers (JWICS to NIPRNet, allied networks) and draft Operating Instructions for standardization.
  • Provide research, analysis, status reports, task management, and process improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate partnerships, facilitate visits, engagements, and long-term info-sharing agreements with U.S./foreign partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 13+ years relevant experience (recent within 2 years).
  • Master’s in related field or Bachelor’s +5 senior years (total 17); experience may substitute.
  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly.

Preferred Skills

Experience in cyber intelligence, partner portfolio management, and strategic engagements highly valued. Thrive in a mission-driven environment shaping global security.
