Join us in Fort Meade, MD, as an Intelligence Management Specialist (Oversight and Policy Analyst) - Senior supporting USCYBERCOM J2. This contingent role (proposal phase) requires Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph—no sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain databases, monitor intelligence streams, manage RFIs, and produce metrics, graphics, and briefings.
  • Handle cross-domain transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and allied systems.
  • Support J2Q with documentation review, training records, and production chain tracking via spreadsheets.
  • Administer SharePoint, draft OIs, troubleshoot systems, and ensure OPSEC compliance.
  • Coordinate VTCs, manage staff packages, and compile quarterly oversight reports.
  • Track SM2M relationships using MERCURY ISLAND and serve as Data Transfer Administrator.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years intelligence-related experience, recent within 2 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Expertise in oversight, policy, and production chain management.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills in high-security environments (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide intelligence and administrative support including databases, RFIs, metrics, graphics, and briefings
  • Manage cross-domain data transfers and dissemination across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and partner systems
  • Track, review, and archive documentation for production chain members and training records
  • Maintain spreadsheets, SharePoint sites, and file directories for secure information management
  • Draft and update Operating Instructions, manage staff packages, and coordinate VTCs for oversight meetings
  • Support Signals-Military-to-Military (SM2M) program tracking and reporting using MERCURY ISLAND
  • Serve as Data Transfer Administrator ensuring compliance and logging for cross-domain activities
  • Compile quarterly Intelligence Oversight Reports and propose process improvements
