Leidos delivers innovative solutions for national security. Join our team supporting USCYBERCOM J2 to integrate defense and national intelligence into DoD operations. This Senior Intelligence Planner role shapes cyberspace readiness through expert exercise and training planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Employ intelligence expertise for collection, analysis, and targeting in operational/exercise planning.
- Review strategic guidance and produce NISP, Annex B, and Functional Support Plans.
- Support JELC and CyMAT events with trip reports, scenario design, MSEL creation, and AARs.
- Participate in white cell, real-time assessments, and red teaming during exercises.
- Travel up to 25% CONUS/OCONUS; maintain flexibility for mission changes.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience (recent 2 years); Master’s or Bachelor’s +5 years senior experience.
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph (no sponsorship).
Preferred Skills
- Deep USCYBERCOM knowledge; JOPES proficiency; exercise lifecycle expertise.

Responsibilities
- Integrate intelligence support into DoD operational and exercise planning
- Coordinate National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP) and Annex B
- Support cyberspace intelligence exercise planning and JELC/CyMAT events
- Develop cyber scenarios, MSEL, and After-Action Reports (AARs)
- Document Operational Instructions and assess intelligence planning efforts
