Join us in Fort Meade, MD, as a Intelligence Planner (Intelligence Plans Integration) - Senior supporting USCYBERCOM J2. This contingent role shapes defense intelligence integration across DoD missions.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply expertise to synchronize intelligence support—collection, analysis, targeting—with campaign plans and JOPES processes.
- Support cyberspace intelligence planning, review strategic guidance, and optimize resource use.
- Coordinate NISP, Annex B, FSPs; assess and adapt planning efforts.
- Integrate with J3, J5, J7 battle rhythms; assist Joint Planning Group (JPG)/Operational Planning Team (OPT).
- Manage task lists, deconflict priorities, and oversee JIPOE production.
- Document Operational Instructions (OIs) and provide policy/strategy support.
- Engage partners for information sharing, analyze cyber capabilities, and enable whole-of-government decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required (no sponsorship). Senior expertise in intelligence planning, USCYBERCOM operations, red teaming, and interagency coordination essential. Contract status: Proposal phase, contingent upon award.
