Primary Responsibilities

• Report inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Manager promptly.
• Manage receiving processes with accurate, timely data entry into operating systems.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and fixed asset control per company policies.
• Optimize inventory turnover using FIFO methods and maintain optimal stocking levels.
• Collaborate with management on shipment coordination and logistics.
• Systematically organize, label, and track inventory across multiple on-site locations.
• Update and maintain accurate physical inventory records in computer systems.
• Engage in team discussions to ensure seamless operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal/written communication.
• 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., with overtime flexibility.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand for long periods, operate material equipment.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and inventory software.
• Eligible for Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven inventory management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma training.
