Key Responsibilities

• Clean buildings, remove debris, and keep all areas neat and tidy.
• Maintain industrial and administrative spaces, including restrooms, offices, hallways, elevators, escalators, common areas, and building perimeters.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and polishing of floors; remove trash and refuse.
• Dust equipment, furniture, and fixtures; polish metal trimmings.
• Restock restrooms with supplies, conduct minor maintenance, and sanitize lavatories, showers, and fixtures.

Work Schedule Options (Part-Time, Monday-Friday)

• 0700 - 1530 EST
• 1100 - 1930 EST
• 1500 - 2330 EST

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; less than 1 year relevant experience required.
• Must be able to obtain TS/SCI Polygraph or possess current clearance.
