Your Impact

Key Responsibilities
- Research optimization and ML models for transportation, with ATM/aviation bonus.
- Process air traffic data and validate via simulations.
- Build prototypes, visualize findings, and integrate AI into decision systems.
- Contribute to reports, publications, proposals, and project management.
Requirements
- Degree in AI, Optimization, Software, Transportation, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Proven AI/ML predictive algorithms using historical data.
- 2-3+ years experience; strong Python, Java, C/C++, React skills.
- Excellent English communication; proactive team player.
- Singaporean Citizenship required.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C/C++ (experience)
- Good English writing and communication skills (experience)
- Proactive self-starter, independent team player (experience)
- Singaporean Citizenship (experience)
- Experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems or aviation (bonus) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on optimization techniques and machine learning models for transportation systems
- Collect, process, and analyze air traffic data
- Develop or use simulation platforms to validate algorithms and models
- Analyze simulation data and create visualizations for research findings
- Design and build prototypes or intelligent tools
- Collaborate with industry and academic partners to integrate AI models into ATM decision support systems
- Participate in project meetings, prepare research reports, and contribute to publications
- Assist in drafting project proposals and technical documentation
- Support Lead Research Manager on project management tasks
