Join Leidos as a Joint Fires Operational Planner, Senior

Make a real impact at Leidos National Security Sector (NSS), supporting United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) in defending against evolving global threats. This senior role focuses on Joint Fires Targeting and Operational Planning to achieve tactical objectives and strategic end-states. Provide on-site support to USCYBERCOM J3 Operations, Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), and Joint Task Force-Ares (JTF-ARES). Position is in anticipation of future contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead timely Operational Planning to drive USCYBERCOM Joint Fires Targeting.
  • Coordinate with DISA, NSA, interagency partners for Cyber Mission Forces requirements.
  • Develop Cyber TTPs advising planners on achievable Cyberspace Operations effects.
  • Serve as liaison between capability SMEs, developers, testers, and units.
  • Deliver joint targeting policies, procedures, and commander's guidance.
  • Lead B2C2WGs like JTWG, JTCM, JTCB for target synchronization.
  • Prepare strike packages, Cyber fires approvals, and non-kinetic fires support.
  • Manage target development lists and systems analysis.
  • Integrate targeting into joint cycles with interagency coordination.
  • Analyze intelligence for Cyber threat patterns and enhance situational awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • BA/BS in relevant field or completable within 1 year.
  • Deep knowledge of APTs, TTPs, and cyber trends.

  • Experience with advanced persistent threats (APTs) and threat actor TTPs (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational planning support for USCYBERCOM Joint Fires Targeting process
  • Coordinate targeting strategies with DISA, NSA, interagency partners, and service providers
  • Develop and deliver Cyber-focused TTPs for operations and exercises
  • Act as technical liaison between SMEs, developers, testers, and operational units
  • Participate in and lead B2C2WGs including JTWG, JTCM, and JTCB for target prioritization
