Leidos is seeking a skilled Journeyman Full Stack Application Developer to deliver software development and sustainment for the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool in Tampa, FL. Work on mission-critical financial systems, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications with Angular front-end, .NET/C# back-end, SQL Server databases, and Windows Services. Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and compliance with DoD standards in a cross-functional team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive Angular interfaces and robust .NET/C# APIs.
- Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Build and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation.
- Perform code reviews, unit/integration testing, and adhere to cybersecurity policies.
- Collaborate on requirements, design, deployment, and sustainment with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BS + 4+ years or MS + 2+ years experience (or equivalent).
- Active TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification.
- 3-7 years as application developer with Angular, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Windows Services.
- Agile experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- USSOCOM/DoD financial systems experience.
- DevSecOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, PowerApps/O365.
- DISA STIGs, RMF, DoD compliance frameworks.
