Leidos seeks a Journeyman Governance and Events Specialist to support a critical Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. Our team leads in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations, Mission Software, Analytical Methods, SIGINT, and Cryptographic Key Management. Key Responsibilities

  • Supports scheduling, coordinating, preparing, and executing meetings/events on/off-site, including international partners.
  • Coordinates AV/facility support and delivers day-of execution.
  • Prepares slides/materials and processes visit requests.
  • Handles close-outs: collects actions, disseminates minutes.
  • Serves as Executive Secretariat for the Council.
  • Attends meetings, records/types/distributes minutes.
  • Creates/maintains databases.
  • Ensures timely office support and policy compliance.
  • Adapts to partner time zones with schedule flexibility.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's + 4-8 years, Master's + 2-6 years, or 10+ years experience.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required upfront).
  • Executive communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating large Government meetings.
