Support the Global Solutions Management-Operations II (GSM-O II) and Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE), delivering en-route, early-entry, scalable C4 support to Regional Combatant Commands, Special Operations Command, and agencies. Make an immediate impact with hands-on engineering for new capabilities, system assessments, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day routing and switching support using Cisco Routers/Switches and protocols like BGP, EIGRP, RIP.
- Troubleshoot network performance from LAN through WAN to CAN.
- Cross-train on SATCOM, Voice, VDI/Virtualization in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain compliance with DoD standards, cybersecurity policies, and best practices.
- Use ticketing systems for outage and change documentation.
- Provide 24x7 support, including 12-hour shifts as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security).
- CCNA certification.
- HS Diploma with 5+ years relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
