Primary Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in fast-paced programs with schedules, budgets, and tasks.
- Liaise with Contracts, Finance, Pricing, Subcontracts, Accounting, and Procurement.
- Handle procurement: obtain material quotes and track deliveries.
- Quickly learn and use internal tools to monitor program status and resolve issues independently.
- Grow into technical roles like test preparation, support, and analysis.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred) + 2-4 years experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven team communication, initiative, and problem-solving.
- U.S. Citizen with active Secret Clearance or eligibility; Huntsville-area resident or relocator.
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with customer service background.
- Outstanding communication for independent work in dynamic environments.
- Recent strong academic performance.
