Leidos is seeking motivated Junior Security Specialists to support critical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Protect national security by managing Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs in a dynamic, high-stakes environment. With an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph, you'll contribute to Air Combat Command's vital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct support for SCI Personnel, Industrial, Physical, and Information security programs.
- Conduct indoctrinations, debriefings, and process all associated documentation while maintaining security databases.
- Handle foreign travel requests, DISS visitations, SCIF badges, and access lists.
- Support polygraph scheduling, violation investigations, and SCIF accreditation standards.
- Perform after-hours inspections, MICT reviews, and update SOPs/Emergency Action Plans.
- Provide customer support for classified material storage and transport.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Knowledge of DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and USAF security directives.
- High School Diploma + 5 years experience or Associate’s + 3 years (including 2 years direct security like SSO or Facilities Manager).
