Junior ServiceNow Administrator

Join Leidos' ServiceNow Team in the intelligence sector for an exciting entry-level role supporting critical IT operations. Multiple positions available across VIC, ACT, WA, and QLD. Ideal for go-getters with foundational ServiceNow knowledge from service desk or self-study.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Handle ServiceNow queue, resolve incidents, manage user access, groups, and form adjustments.
  • Basic Configuration: Develop Service Catalogue items, update Flow Designer workflows, modify UI Policies/Actions.
  • Access Management: Manage roles, groups, ACLs ensuring security and data visibility.
  • Platform Maintenance: Support upgrades, patching, cloning, and execute test plans.
  • Knowledge Management: Document processes for admins and create user guides.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–12 months ServiceNow experience or strong ITIL-based support background.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (or willingness to obtain via our program).
  • ITIL knowledge; JavaScript/HTML/CSS exposure advantageous.
  • Logical troubleshooting, professional communication skills.
  • NV1 Clearance with OSA (active or obtainable).

  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS advantageous) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Build and update Service Catalogue items, modify Flow Designer workflows, adjust UI Policies/Actions
  • Administer user roles, groups, and ACLs for security compliance
