We're seeking a Senior Knowledge Management (Requirements Analysis) professional to optimize information sharing, workflows, and analytic production in a high-stakes environment. This contingent role (proposal phase) requires Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph—no sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities
- Align business processes and tech platforms for efficient analyst-driven production.
- Leverage databases, CMS, and RMS to enhance search, discovery, storage, and retrieval.
- Develop reports on KM metrics, focusing on performance and future needs.
- Disseminate intel products across networks; capture user/system requirements via interviews and assessments.
- Create logical data models, use cases, and interface with users to resolve design issues.
- Manage admin tasks: laptops, CAC readers, NCR transport, and Cross Domain transfers (Low-High, High-Low, Secret).
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years relevant experience (recent within 2 years); Master’s degree in related field.
- TS/SCI with Poly; expertise in DoD/IC standards, requirements engineering, and KM tools.

- Compile reports on KM performance metrics and future requirements
- Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals
- Develop system requirements, use cases, and logical data models
- Interface with users for requirements validation and issue resolution
- Administer government laptops, peripherals, and Cross Domain data transfers
- Document Operational Instructions and maintain requirements repositories
